An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Forlan in the 26th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Vagrande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joël Rétière in the 31st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Diego Forlan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harry Noble House FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Diego Forlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Helmut Lossimäe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Forlan ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgar de Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar de Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harry Noble House FC made a substitution. Anthoon Baecke replaced Konrad Komanski. The goalkeeper, Helmut Lossimäe, was totally fooled by Harry Noble House FC's Zeledon Sagaseta, who 51 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wesley Donato to make the kick off. The Harry Noble House FC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Harry Noble House FC's Dariusz Ludwa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dariusz Ludwa in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmut Lossimäe saved Fc Kertzfeld from getting behind. Wesley Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 72 played minutes Harry Noble House FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Sagaseta. With a little luck, Harry Noble House FC's Ovidio Vagrande got control of the ball when Joël Rétière tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Ludwa came free, but Helmut Lossimäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Ludwa took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helmut Lossimäe. Helmut Lossimäe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Fc Kertzfeld's Paul-Henri Michalet was substituted for Alix Poulain. If Dariusz Ludwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Ludwa came free, but Helmut Lossimäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Helmut Lossimäe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Ludwa in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Helmut Lossimäe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Harry Noble House FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fc Kertzfeld had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
