Javier Beti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Gitano having to interfere. Mai Yao Yao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Guerrero in the 27th minute of the match. Club Atletico Juanita's Placido Gitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Beti in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Baltasar Guerrero sped through Fracasados's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mai Yao Yao. When Javier Beti, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 41 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Placido Gitano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Javier Beti took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Gitano. Placido Gitano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 45 played minutes Club Atletico Juanita got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Guerrero. Mai Yao Yao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Macerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Guerrero to make the kick off. With a little luck, Fracasados's Mai Yao Yao got control of the ball when Orlando Macerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Jerold in the 55th minute of play forced Fracasados's goalkeeper Mai Yao Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Orlando Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Juanita's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Macerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
