Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arsenio Azibar started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ismael Furlan took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Arsenio Azibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute Ismael Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Tor Echegoyen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tor Echegoyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Ismael Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Furlan in the 17th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Furlan scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Furlan in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Ismael Furlan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Ismael Furlan made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The supporters of Momentum FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ismael Furlan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Momentum FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Furlan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan. But to his dismay, Ismael Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Momentum FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benedicto Eladio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Momentum FC's corner Benedicto Eladio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Ismael Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ismael Furlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ismael Furlan 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Ismael Furlan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Ismael Furlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Echegoyen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Momentum FC made a substitution. Vincent Abubakar replaced Ismael Furlan. Momentum FC's Carlos Auzqui was substituted for Arsenio Azibar. Momentum FC made a substitution. Kai Brüggemann replaced Marcelo Pello. In the 81st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. Vincent Abubakar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Abubakar in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Vincent Abubakar managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 93rd minute, Benedicto Eladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
