Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Kjell-Arne Edström scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Edström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, AsLaN 1915 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Brummer to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the game, Gaffar Okkan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. AsLaN 1915's attentive Ferid Ünsevin managed to snatch the ball when Alex Chicote made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. AsLaN 1915's Ferid Ünsevin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kjell-Arne Edström in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürsel Bahçıvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Edström in the 51st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 54th minute of the match. Kjell-Arne Edström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Kjell-Arne Edström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AsLaN 1915's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Edström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 63rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 64th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AsLaN 1915:s goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kjell-Arne Edström came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the AsLaN 1915 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell-Arne Edström couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gürsel Bahçıvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo Mariano kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
