Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) AsLaN 1915's Gürsel Bahçıvan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play forced AsLaN 1915's goalkeeper Gürsel Bahçıvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürsel Bahçıvan came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute, one of Ecuador:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ecuador. The goalkeeper, Julio Vera, was totally fooled by AsLaN 1915's Gaffar Okkan, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Edström came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürsel Bahçıvan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, AsLaN 1915's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Gürsel Bahçıvan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Kjell-Arne Edström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AsLaN 1915's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 36th minute of play forced AsLaN 1915's goalkeeper Gürsel Bahçıvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kjell-Arne Edström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. After 41 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Edström in the 52nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 57 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Edström in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaffar Okkan was slow to take the kick. During this time AsLaN 1915's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gaffar Okkan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferid Ünsevin in the 63rd minute of play. AsLaN 1915's Mehmet Ali Onuker managed to work through Ecuador's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mehmet Ali Onuker dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 66th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. AsLaN 1915's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Cristian Sancho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AsLaN 1915's Gürsel Bahçıvan did a great save. In the 69thth minute of the game Kjell-Arne Edström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Gürsel Bahçıvan made a huge save. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. When the referee blew the final whistle, AsLaN 1915 could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
