After a rather tough play, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 庞响昂 got a free kick in the 5th minute. After 9 minutes ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Tasis who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Costa Rica's Juan Rubio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 郭笑钢 in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 郭笑钢 in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, 郭笑钢 made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When 郭笑钢 came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 郭笑钢 couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 宋康南 in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 郭笑钢, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 郭笑钢 got a free kick in the 35th minute. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. After the first half ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 郭笑钢 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 宋康南, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 郭笑钢 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. After 60 minutes, 曾景青 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goal made the score 0-4. 86 minutes into the match, Eliseo Noboa notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's 俞森朗. 俞森朗 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 94 minutes into the match, ≮亮劍≯ㄨ超越劍ㄨ→BEYOND's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but 俞森朗 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
