Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Alexandru Anton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Alexandru Anton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC Liverpool YnWa's Octav Stratulat got control of the ball when Axel Tasis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costa Rica were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after FC Liverpool YnWa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Tasis took the corner. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Octav Stratulat in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Octav Stratulat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Ipate in the 21st minute of play. Octav Stratulat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 27th minute of the match. 27 minutes in the game, Axel Tasis dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 30 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucian Ipate struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Liverpool YnWa.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucian Ipate was the one to do the kick off. FC Liverpool YnWa's attentive Dumitru Nedelciu managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. FC Liverpool YnWa's Alexandru Anton got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Stratulat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 67th minute. Alexandru Anton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Remus Anghelescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandru Anton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Liverpool YnWa players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
