They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Sforza to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Alvaro Sforza put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Kenneth Biörkquist. Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alvaro Sforza 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Alvaro Sforza managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Sforza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Biörkquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Stig Felin in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AC Roma's Alessio Odisio. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Biörkquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist got control of the ball when Alvaro Sforza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Javier Della Francesca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Roma played a much better game than Bloodthirsty FC and deserved their victory. The Bloodthirsty FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
