Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cassius Byrne kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Miloslav Krupička came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Tomáš Houdek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Novaes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of USA booed when Lex Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lex Academy's zone, Monty Rogers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomáš Houdek came out of the goal and Monty Rogers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardo Novaes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Lex Academy's Tomáš Houdek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match USA got a corner. Lex Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Edward Mcdonald managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomáš Houdek saved Lex Academy from getting behind. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tomáš Houdek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 40 minutes, Cassius Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cassius Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Bernardo Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Novaes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Diego Bradley in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lex Academy's Lei Bin Yang. In the 55th minute Miloslav Krupička shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Cassius Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomáš Houdek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Tomáš Houdek in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lex Academy made a substitution. Leo Štengl replaced Fausto Castulo. Diego Bradley was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Tomáš Houdek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 77th minute of play. USA's Marco Baker was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomáš Houdek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marco Baker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomáš Houdek having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob May got free with Tomáš Houdek in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miloslav Krupička received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Bradley made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Khalid Parry however managed to control. The Lex Academy support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
