Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. Karl Beauchêne hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Edmundo Espiga did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Dietrich Winkler 5 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evren Cambaz in the 8th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, FC Fano's Evren Cambaz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Evren Cambaz in the 20th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dietrich Winkler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fano's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dietrich Winkler was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Georg Pichler with Evren Cambaz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Edmundo Espigas short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Dietrich Winkler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute Leon Adelstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Fano's Dietrich Winkler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 34th minute of play. After 34 played minutes FC Fano got a freekick which was hit by Leon Adelstein. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. After 39 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Fano's Dietrich Winkler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Fano's Wally Auffarth got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evren Cambaz was the one to do the kick off. Edmundo Espiga scored 4-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dietrich Winkler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Sebastian Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dietrich Winkler was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stan Gernsback made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dietrich Winkler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 71st minute, Leon Adelstein fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lautaro Navarro, passed just outside the right post. In the 75thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fano's Dietrich Winkler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Otto König during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Fano getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Otto König hit a great ball. Dietrich Winkler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fano's Dietrich Winkler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dietrich Winkler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dietrich Winkler. After 90 minutes, Georg Pichler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Fano and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Fano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Dietrich Winkler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 94th minute of the match. Dietrich Winkler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. After 97 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dietrich Winkler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
