Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zlatko Ibrahimović made the kick off which started today's match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 4th minute of play. Zlatko Ibrahimović's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zlatko Ibrahimović did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Julio Vera 8 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Kim Hänninen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kim Hänninen saved Fragleses from getting behind. Kim Hänninen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 18th minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kim Hänninen. Kim Hänninen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Hänninen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fragleses's Kim Hänninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Fragleses's Zlatko Ibrahimović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Kim Hänninen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 41st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gisbert made in the 43rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luis Andino. Fragleses's Kim Hänninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 45th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Fragleses's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kim Hänninen. Fragleses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Fragleses's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Hänninen came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zlatko Ibrahimović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kim Hänninen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kim Hänninen having to make a save. If Grzegorz Rasiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Hänninen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grzegorz Rasiak in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Roch Dejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Hänninen having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Grzegorz Rasiak made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Rasiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Fragleses players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
