Alberto Tafalla scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Ixaka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Dante Ixaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Mastronardi to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Dante Ixaka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute, Segundo Marko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Dante Ixaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Luca Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Semeno in the 27th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Ixaka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Marko in the 37th minute of play. Frank Mastronardi charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Mastronardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Mastronardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabricio Semeno made a kick off. After 51 minutes Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Dante Ixaka did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Marko in the 53rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Marko in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Segundo Marko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Ixaka. Dante Ixaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 73 minutes Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Luca Rouco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Ixaka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 80th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Marko in the 86th minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's Dante Ixaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 94th minute of play. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Ixaka despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mexico.
