Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Peru were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Playa Malvín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Joaquin Prats fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zé Roberto Teixeira quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stamen Tekeliev in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 10th minute Stamen Tekeliev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes Playa Malvín's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Alonso Berganza managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 16thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led Peru's Alonso Berganza to fire away a dangerous shot which Zé Roberto Teixeira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zé Roberto Teixeira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Zé Roberto Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Julian Murillo came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zé Roberto Teixeira could save by the left post. 25 minutes into the game, one of Peru:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rolando Noboa had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Stamen Tekeliev's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 33rd minute Stamen Tekeliev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With an all-out effort, Peru's Zé Roberto Teixeira threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luz Tejedor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eliseo Mina made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Moises Gayoso however managed to control. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Stamen Tekeliev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Playa Malvín's supporters rose to their feet, but Stamen Tekeliev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Efraim Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Stamen Tekeliev made the kick off in the second half. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Stamen Tekeliev came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stamen Tekeliev in the 56th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Stamen Tekeliev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Playa Malvín's Stamen Tekeliev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 62 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Stamen Tekeliev. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Niva Espellosa replaced Stamen Tekeliev. Playa Malvín's Quinto Ampudia was substituted for Sandu Mândrilă. After 63 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Stamen Tekeliev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 66th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71stth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Luz Tejedor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira. Zé Roberto Teixeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 82 minutes in the game Alonso Berganza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eliseo Alcocer. Vladimiro Marquez made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. A sloppy throw-in by Vladimiro Marquez in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quinto Ampudia in the 97th minute.
