Téo Massa might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Téo Massa ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Edward Mcdonald. 11 minutes into the game, Edward Mcdonald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gianluigi Orange was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gianluigi Orange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Téo Massa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Day. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. A collision led to Coice de Mula getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Alin Sima hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monty Rogers in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gianluigi Orange prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gianluigi Orange made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Snorri De Hond came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coice de Mula made a substitution. Elano Salgado replaced Per-Oskar Kihlberg. In the 67th minute of the match Coice de Mula got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Norbert Kosowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Snorri De Hond in the 72nd minute of play. Franklin Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Sam Campbell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Gianluigi Orange made a huge save. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gianluigi Orange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Coice de Mula to leave the ground with a draw.
