The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Mämmädbağır Svensson in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Arkın Öğüç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkın Öğüç in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Gunnar Pettersson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mämmädbağır Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 16th minute. The corner ended in Cassius Byrne almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Mämmädbağır Svensson did a great save. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Forss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Monty Rogers hit a great ball.

Arkın Öğüç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Joakim Forss came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marco Day could save by the left post. Mämmädbağır Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Mcdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Arkın Öğüç came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mämmädbağır Svensson. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cassius Byrne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
