The corner ended in Koby Wright almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Mämmädbağır Svensson did a great save. Mämmädbağır Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rohan Watson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mämmädbağır Svensson was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Koby Wright capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Koby Wright really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Canada's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
