Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of play forced Arribeños Sur's goalkeeper Orla Haxmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orla Haxmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. In the 22ndth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arribeños Sur's Orla Haxmark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orla Haxmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play. Domingo Formerio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Tiburcio Madaleno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Tiburcio Madaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Beliran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Madaleno in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orla Haxmark. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Arribeños Sur's goalkeeper Orla Haxmark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 63rd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Arribeños Sur's Orla Haxmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 66th minute of play. Orla Haxmark made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Orla Haxmark was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Orla Haxmark made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Orla Haxmark in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 minutes Arribeños Sur's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 75th minute Tiburcio Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Arribeños Sur's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Orla Haxmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd play minute Luis Andino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Orla Haxmark. 0-4. Orla Haxmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Orla Haxmark in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
