Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koby Wright in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvin Jonsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 19 minutes Henley Utd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Koby Wright who took care of the corner kick. Canada's Koby Wright was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvin Jonsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Canada's Jax Williamson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Canada from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 27 in the game by Richarlison de Andrade from a close distance when the talented Jax Williamson managed to make a qualified save. Canada's players were relieved. 29 minutes into the match, Henley Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Carter George came free, but Edvin Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes Henley Utd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Koby Wright who took care of the corner kick. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Mårtensson in the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Rohan Watson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin Jonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Henley Utd's Wesley Van Hoojdonk was substituted for Richarlison de Andrade. In the 47th minute, Rasmus Mårtensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joakim Bergsten to strike the kick off in the second half. Joakim Bergsten might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jax Williamson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joakim Bergsten ran back to his position shaking his head. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. 61 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Bergsten came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. A nice corner shot did that Hannes Kjellqvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jax Williamson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edvin Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henley Utd's Edvin Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter George in the 66th minute of play. Joakim Bergsten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jax Williamson having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Bergsten in the 67th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Canada's Jan Dixon to fire away a dangerous shot which Edvin Jonsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Henley Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Edvin Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Theo Burton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin Jonsson came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Theo Burton. But to his dismay, Theo Burton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Canada's Prince Anderson in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Henley Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Prince Anderson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Jonsson. Edvin Jonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Burton in the 93rd minute of play forced Henley Utd's goalkeeper Edvin Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Bergsten in the 96th minute of the match. Canada played a much better game than Henley Utd and deserved their victory. The Henley Utd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
