Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Tomás Talamilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Rafael Nadal made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Rafael Nadal notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Nadal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Ignacio Vera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Armando Lamb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Algarrobo's Diego Armando Lamb dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 27 minutes into the game, Diego Armando Lamb cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute Rafael Nadal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algarrobo's Dani Alves was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Diego Armando Lambs short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 41 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Pedro Tomás Talamilla sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Diego Armando Lamb made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Nadal came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Diego Armando Lamb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Cañas took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Armando Lamb in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Algarrobo booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Marchetti took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After 74 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dani Alves who took care of the corner kick. In the 77th minute Wilfredo Marchetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Algarrobo's Diego Armando Lamb in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Marchetti in the 82nd minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Diego Armando Lamb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Algarrobo's Diego Armando Lamb in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Wilfredo Marchetti took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Algarrobo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
