Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cayo Mario started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The throw-in from Oscar-Alfredo Ruggieri in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. 19 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Thom Threepwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thom Threepwood. That made the score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thom Threepwood was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Luz Tejedor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thom Threepwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayo Mario in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thom Threepwood made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Thom Threepwood successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayo Mario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Radiohead Freaks Club's Xusto Hidalgo was substituted for Cayo Mario. 96 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thom Threepwood narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
