In the 23rd minute, Kingsley Coman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Saelices in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şener Irmak saved Laboon SK from getting behind. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yan Sha Yin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 45th minute, İrfan Genç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Laboon SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Müslüm Gencer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Şener Irmak. Laboon SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laboon SK. Daniel Zorita scored 0-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Şener Irmak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kingsley Coman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kingsley Coman made a great header on Laboon SK's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 89th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense.
