JK Kurevere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Kuuno Auru hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ago Leks made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Ago Leks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Palacio in the 53rd minute. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Luz Palacio sped through JK Kurevere's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ago Leks. With a little luck, JK Kurevere's Ago Leks got control of the ball when Luz Palacio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ago Leks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luz Palacio went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. Camilo Gisbert made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JK Kurevere's Henri Viksi. In the 77th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ago Leks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luz Palacio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ago Leks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-14 in the 81st playminute. With his leg Ago Leks managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Ecuador's Felix Montenegro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. JK Kurevere's Ago Leks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save JK Kurevere from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
