Özgür Özbay scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 5th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Hamdi Ortan to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, LOI's Fetih Avcu got a free kick in the 9th minute. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 14th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abram Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sulo Montaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Atak Koral kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Colombia's Antonio Indiano seemed to kick out at an opponent. A collision led to LOI getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan hit a great ball. George Buturugã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Colombia booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Akif Cerme didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes LOI got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Akif Cerme. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sulo Montaña in the 53rd minute of play. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özgür Özbay in the 65th minute of play. Bektaş Veli Ülgü kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Bektaş Veli Ülgü hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 74th minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Buturugã having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Özbay in the 82nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well done corner resulted in Sulo Montaña drilling the ball in to score 4-0 behind Colombia's goalkeeper. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 88th minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Ignacio Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Buturugã was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Sulo Montaña. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 94th minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LOI fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
