No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İsmail Akyol saved Andırın SK from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Hamdi Çolak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Andırın SK defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İsmail Akyol. The Andırın SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İsmail Akyol should have stopped the shot. Francisco Seco scored 7-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İsmail Akyol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Francisco Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İsmail Akyol was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. There was no doubt that Uruguay were the better team. Uruguay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
