Mebarek Mammeri made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Chop Chop F.C.'s Mebarek Mammeri got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mebarek Mammeri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mebarek Mammeri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mebarek Mammeri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Dahleb in the 32nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Mebarek Mammeri made a huge save. Mebarek Mammeri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 38th minute of play. Chop Chop F.C.'s Mebarek Mammeri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Garrido in the 39th minute of play. Mebarek Mammeri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After 47 played minutes Chop Chop F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Abdelhamid Zouba. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chop Chop F.C. were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chop Chop F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Mebarek Mammeri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chop Chop F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Chop Chop F.C.'s goalie and right to Joshua Garrido. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Chop Chop F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 70 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmed-Muhammed Muhammed came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shen Sha Xu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. 96 minutes into the game, Abram Secada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Mebarek Mammeri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Chop Chop F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chop Chop F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
