In the 9th minute, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Daniël Isla. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Zorongo FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Antunes took the corner. Daniël Isla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Forssell in the 26th minute of the match. Esteve Lando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Egoitz having to interfere. Juan Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Lando in the 29th minute of play. Filomeno Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Zorongo FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Lucas came free, but Juan Egoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszko Moczkiewicz came free, but Daniël Isla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Filomeno Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Zorongo FC booed when αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Lando didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute George Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Egoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Bladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Filomeno Bladi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Egoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. If Filomeno Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes of play, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Elias Romelio made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Egoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 88 minutes into the game, Zorongo FC's Zbyszko Moczkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniël Isla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-4. Zorongo FC's Zbyszko Moczkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Bladi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Egoitz was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Filomeno Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Egoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
