Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrézinho Mota took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fellipe Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Superação fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Superação's Andrézinho Mota looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jaime Cazalla took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fellipe Meira. Fellipe Meira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 26 minutes, Aloísio Falcão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Superação and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Andrézinho Mota who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fellipe Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Célio Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Fonseca hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Fellipe Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 54th minute of play. Andrézinho Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fellipe Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Célio Eger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-4. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Fellipe Meira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 70thth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Superação's Fellipe Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Bruno Beldad got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Francisco Seco made a precise shot to the right of Fellipe Meira. Superação's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Carballal during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kevin Carballal kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Andrézinho Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Célio Eger got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-5. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Meira having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Célio Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Célio Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Uruguay lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
