To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 93rd minute of play forced Margarita's goalkeeper Danilo Aires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Margarita failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
