In the 22ndth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lipa KS's Di Han Guo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Axel Montenegros short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Di Han Guo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 25th minute of the game Orlando Tafalla made a throw-in which Pascual Carballar played forward. The audience was convinced that Attilio Di Loreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Lagiewniki came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oberst-Wilhelm Ström-Lundvall, made in the 36th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Di Han Guo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Di Han Guo. Lipa KS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

After 54 minutes, Leszek Trzemzalski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lipa KS and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lipa KS's Leszek Trzemzalski got a free kick in the 54th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Zula Kiepski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipa KS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zula Kiepski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lipa KS's Di Han Guo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 63rd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Attilio Di Loreto sent off a good shot on target. Di Han Guo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 66th minute of play. If Attilio Di Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Attilio Di Loreto in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Han Guo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lipa KS made a substitution. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Gürhan Arkan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gürhan Arkan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Gürhan Arkan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save.
