Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hu Yao Nan kicked off to start the match. Osmar de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osmar de Souza during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Toni Kroos MGZ™ got a freekick which was hit by Osmar de Souza. Ye Kang Zhan was a little too slow when Mohamed Basso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Toni Kroos MGZ™'s goalkeeper Ye Kang Zhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Capibaribe Stars fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Capibaribe Stars's Mohamed Basso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dedê Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mohamed Basso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ye Kang Zhan came out and tried to block the shot, but Mohamed Basso slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. In the 25th match minute, Toni Kroos MGZ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar de Souza to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Ye Kang Zhan got control of the ball when Mohamed Basso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute of the game Osmar de Souza made a throw-in which Hu Yao Nan played forward. The throw-in from Osmar de Souza in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Capibaribe Stars's Mihnea Zamfir. Capibaribe Stars's Hicham Al Azka quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bonifacio Dimo, made in the 43rd minute of the game.

56 minutes into the match, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Basso came free, but Ye Kang Zhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Felice Garibaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes Toni Kroos MGZ™ got a freekick which was hit by Osmar de Souza. Ye Kang Zhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Basso in the 68th minute of play. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Toni Kroos MGZ™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilton Fontes was slow to take the kick. During this time Capibaribe Stars's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Capibaribe Stars's Albino Gaskon got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Mohamed Basso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ye Kang Zhan was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Ye Kang Zhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Basso in the 92nd minute of the match. Capibaribe Stars walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
