The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koby Wright stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dionisia made a substitution. Denis Ereinotz replaced Peng Sha Yang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 63rd minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Serafim Eanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafim Eanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Burton in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Canada got a corner. Dionisia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Dixon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luka Harris made a great header on Canada's corner, it was just that Dionisia's Serafim Eanes managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee ended the match the Canada players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
