Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ludomir Gall started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Labus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 8th minute of play forced Warta Czestochowa's goalkeeper Marek Labus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Labus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Labus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Labus having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Labus having to interfere. Konrad Bugajski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Konrad Bugajski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warta Czestochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Konrad Bugajski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Daniel Zorita had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 36 minutes, Maksymilian Moryl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warta Czestochowa and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ecuador made a substitution. Luz Palacio replaced Daniel Zorita. In the 37th match minute, Warta Czestochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maksymilian Moryl to maneuver through the defense. Luz Palacio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marek Labus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Ludomir Gall took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luz Palacio to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Luz Palacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luz Palacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Marek Labus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luz Palacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marek Labus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 66th minute of play. Warta Czestochowa's Marek Labus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 68th minute of play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludomir Gall went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 73 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. In the 74th minute of the match Celestino Aznar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Luz Palacio took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Marek Labus to make any attempt to save it. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomir Gall in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, Warta Czestochowa's Marek Labus got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marek Labus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute. Cristian Sancho in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marek Labus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marek Labus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 86th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Warta Czestochowa's zone, Luz Palacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Labus came out of the goal and Luz Palacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Gall in the 95th minute of play.
