Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Behnam Lahouti kicked off to start the match. When Gholam Reza Dinarvand fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Army's protests and gave Gholam Reza Dinarvand a yellow card for diving instead. Gholam Reza Dinarvand hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anoush Vaezi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anoush Vaezi. Red Army's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Anoush Vaezi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Anoush Vaezi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of the match. When Red Army's Edmond Bezik in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Red Army's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Anoush Vaezi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anoush Vaezi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play forced Red Army's goalkeeper Anoush Vaezi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anoush Vaezi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Anoush Vaezi. Red Army's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 44th minute. Behnam Lahouti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The Red Army players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anoush Vaezi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 56th minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Anoush Vaezi made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Edmond Bezik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd match minute, Red Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gholam Reza Dinarvand to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behnam Lahouti in the 68th minute of play. Red Army's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Felix Montenegro scored to the left of an out of position Anoush Vaezi, making the score, 0-4. After 76 played minutes Red Army got a freekick which was hit by Asghar Hatami. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Behnam Lahouti in the 81st minute of play. Anoush Vaezi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Red Army's Behnam Lahouti got a free kick in the 86th minute. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anoush Vaezi having to interfere. Behnam Lahouti charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behnam Lahouti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Red Army got a freekick which was hit by Behnam Lahouti. The supporters of Red Army booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Sancho during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho.
