Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matthieu Richardot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After some careless play in the DJK Füchtel Vechta defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerold Zollt. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerold Zollt should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerold Zollt, 2-0. Gerold Zollt was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Richardot came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by DJK Füchtel Vechta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. 31 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Poenaru came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Theo Wasmeier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo Wasmeier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Jay-Jay Struwe got a free kick in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerald Abd el Farrag during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gerald Abd el Farrag hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthieu Richardot in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Matthieu Richardot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 3-1 in the 50 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Wellington Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJK Füchtel Vechta's supporters rose to their feet, but Wellington Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the game, Matthieu Richardot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthieu Richardot in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerald Abd el Farrag got a free kick in the 61st minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerold Zollt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 65th minute of the match. A hard shot 68 in the game by Matthieu Richardot from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. 70 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Gerold Zollt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Gerold Zollt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthieu Richardot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Ren Zhan Cheng was substituted for Chris Kursawe. With an all-out effort, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matthieu Richardot, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wellington Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerold Zollt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 93rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ecuador had played much better football throughout.
