Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Cassius Byrne made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Ronnie Odell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Ronnie Odell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zach Harrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Antonucci. Abundio Manzano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Antonucci in the 21st minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Antonucci came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abundio Manzano. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Ronnie Odell came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the CRUZ DEL SUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronnie Odell couldn't finish the play. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zachariasz Dudkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ronnie Odell came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artaç Yavuzalp who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Artaç Yavuzalp almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Marco Day successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. USA were furious when Koby Fletcher was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in USA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustacio Antonucci was the one to do the kick off. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jenson Smith, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Augusto Estefan replaced Ronnie Odell. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Bautista Marcó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Bautista Marcó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnaldo Albano hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes CRUZ DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Albano. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bautista Marcó in the 71st minute of play. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Estefan's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Eustacio Antonucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Augusto Estefan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Pan Lin Zhen replaced Eustacio Antonucci. CRUZ DEL SUR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artaç Yavuzalp in the 81st minute. When CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Estefan in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Marco Baker fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zachariasz Dudkowski, passed just outside the right post. If Zach Harrison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Zorondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. CRUZ DEL SUR were victorious despite being under pressure from USA for much of the match.
