Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stanko Ederov quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced Roazhon Breizh FC's goalkeeper Stanko Ederov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Marin Bourgogne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanko Ederov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathieu Ricart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Stanko Ederov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanko Ederov having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Roazhon Breizh FC's Hamid Vinet got a free kick in the 26th minute. Stanko Ederov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Piñango in the 28th minute of play. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roazhon Breizh FC's goalie prevented a goal. Stanko Ederov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Valton in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Roazhon Breizh FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Stanko Ederov in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 played minutes Roazhon Breizh FC got a freekick which was hit by Remus Piñango. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Roazhon Breizh FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Albert Prunet hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Stanko Ederov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 77th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanko Ederov having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Roazhon Breizh FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félicien Davesne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanko Ederov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ecuador players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Roazhon Breizh FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
