Delmer Bonds was slow to take the kick. During this time FC CZARNUCHY's players had a chance to rest. FC CZARNUCHY's Delmer Bonds was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 73 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC CZARNUCHY's Silas Arantes fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The FC CZARNUCHY players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
