Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cassius Byrne took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Roneixon Siqueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of USA booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Sudaryanto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacob May hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, 柳远桑 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo de Medeiros having to interfere. In the 24th minute Roneixon Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roneixon Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Gonçalo de Medeiros in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. USA's Cassius Byrne got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gonçalo de Medeiros. Cassius Byrne showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roneixon Siqueira to make the kick off. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roneixon Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Otto Sudaryanto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Espigão Steamrollers made a substitution. Naldo Peres replaced 柳远桑. Otto Sudaryanto hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Gonçalo de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Jacob May kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jacob May hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ángel Romero came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the USA defense, Ángel Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After 82 played minutes Espigão Steamrollers got a freekick which was hit by Kara Bhattacharya. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Paranaense came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonçalo de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute USA were awarded a corner. Jenson Smith went to the cornerflag to take it.
