Jannic Vranken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jannic Vranken was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jannic Vranken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jannic Vranken. The Oudsberg Wolves's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jannic Vranken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jannic Vranken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Ecuador's Felix Montenegro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Oudsberg Wolves's goalkeeper Jannic Vranken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the The Oudsberg Wolves defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jannic Vranken. The The Oudsberg Wolves fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jannic Vranken should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannic Vranken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jannic Vranken came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 40 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. The Oudsberg Wolves's Jannic Vranken tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Oudsberg Wolves's Jannic Vranken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 43rd minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after The Oudsberg Wolves's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Charles Gijsbrechts hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Jannic Vranken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 51st minute of the match. If Tom Van Lier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernest Van Cleijnenbreugel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute of play forced The Oudsberg Wolves's goalkeeper Jannic Vranken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jannic Vranken made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jannic Vranken. 0-7. Daniel Zorita scored 0-8 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jannic Vranken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adolf Wiggers fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Oudsberg Wolves's protests and gave Adolf Wiggers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Adolf Wiggers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in The Oudsberg Wolves's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jannic Vranken came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jannic Vranken came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 76th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Jannic Vranken was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adolf Wiggers got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jannic Vranken came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannic Vranken having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than The Oudsberg Wolves.
