Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Avram Panaiteanu made a huge save. Jaime Pardo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Avram Panaiteanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 11 in the game by Jaime Pardo from a close distance when the talented Avram Panaiteanu managed to make a qualified save. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avram Panaiteanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avram Panaiteanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Jaime Pardo could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Avram Panaiteanu however easily saved by the left post. Hector Covarrubias came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Avram Panaiteanu could save by the left post. Petru Marioteanu hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With his leg Avram Panaiteanu managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Paraguay's Jaime Pardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Juan Diego Tenorio got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hector Covarrubias. The crowd rose to their feet as Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Avram Panaiteanu. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. With a little luck, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu got control of the ball when Jaime Pardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Avram Panaiteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avram Panaiteanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu. Avram Panaiteanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Avram Panaiteanu saved Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting behind. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 54th minute of play. Hector Covarrubias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Avram Panaiteanu having to make a save. Avram Panaiteanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Primitivo Escribano went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Diego Tenorio came free, but Avram Panaiteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Escribano might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avram Panaiteanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Primitivo Escribano ran back to his position shaking his head. When Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Diego Tenorio made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hector Covarrubias. In the 69th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avram Panaiteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Avram Panaiteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avram Panaiteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Panaiteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Xavier Zoido notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu. Avram Panaiteanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Avram Panaiteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 83rd minute of the match. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avram Panaiteanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 90th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Avram Panaiteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Panaiteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 92nd minute of play. Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Avram Panaiteanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Pardo went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paraguay had played much better football throughout.
