Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. BK Gubbhöft's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Alberto Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Folke Hybbert, making the score, 1-0. In the 7th play minute Alberto Tafalla came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Folke Hybbert. 2-0. 10 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Folke Hybbert. Joel Gaona showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 12th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Hybbert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulf Andreasson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Folke Hybbert having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gubbhöft's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Hybbert came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Roy Rönn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Hybbert came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Folke Hybbert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Oskar Låsberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Folke Hybbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folke Hybbert was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 64th minute of play forced BK Gubbhöft's goalkeeper Folke Hybbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Hybbert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Folke Hybbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Folke Hybbert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Rönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Folke Hybbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 92nd minute of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
