When Remigio Palban fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muñeco FC's protests and gave Remigio Palban a yellow card for diving instead. Remigio Palban kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Sainz to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Muñeco FC's Hermengildo Domeka. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Domeka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tyrone Summerfield made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Muñeco FC's Adan Lizer got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Tobias Patxi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Muñeco FC's goalkeeper Tyrone Summerfield had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Víctor Franco. 56 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Muñeco FC's Hermengildo Domeka got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone Summerfield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 played minutes Muñeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Palban. After 81 played minutes, Uruguay's Camilo Franco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tyrone Summerfield came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uruguay reached it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Muñeco FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Uruguay:s goal. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Uruguay. Jaime Cazalla stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tyrone Summerfield. 3-1. With an all-out effort, Muñeco FC's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Víctor Franco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great ball. Uruguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
