Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zhu Ao Ying started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guga Matorin during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Guga Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Preudhomme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhu Ao Ying got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michel Preudhomme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, quem me dá 1 milhão euros's Zhu Ao Ying dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Zhu Ao Ying sent off a good shot on target. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhuang Kuan Nan in the 36th minute of play. Saden Merzouk took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 43rd match minute, quem me dá 1 milhão euros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ajeddig Baba to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Saden Merzouk came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Zhu Ao Ying ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saden Merzouk in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 69th minute of play forced quem me dá 1 milhão euros's goalkeeper Michel Preudhomme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Zhu Ao Ying stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Zhu Ao Ying tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Zhu Ao Ying managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. quem me dá 1 milhão euros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhu Ao Ying was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The quem me dá 1 milhão euros fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
