Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torpedo Lier. 5 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Llope came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balthazar Bär took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Balthazar Bär had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balthazar Bär was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 陆夕源 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yadav Oakley hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Paraguay's attentive Hector Covarrubias managed to snatch the ball when Jonathan Jerano made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Dean Van Eersel made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yadav Oakley. In the 33rd match minute, Torpedo Lier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolf Van Den Eynden to maneuver through the defense. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Torpedo Lier's Balthazar Bär. But to his dismay, Balthazar Bär quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rodolfo Llope took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balthazar Bär in the 44th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Llope in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Jaime Pardo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Torpedo Lier booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balthazar Bär's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Jacobo Nores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Jacobo Nores managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Torpedo Lier's Balthazar Bär fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Llope's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Balthazar Bärs short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Jacobo Nores to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 68th minute of the match, Balthazar Bär got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacobo Nores was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 70th minute of the match, Rodolfo Llope tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacobo Nores saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Balthazar Bär tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Rodolfo Llope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Torpedo Lier getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Krzysztof Bilicki hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Balthazar Bär got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 95 minutes into the match, Jonathan Jerano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Jerano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The Torpedo Lier supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Torpedo Lier would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
