Through an outstanding action, after 2 minutes, Rolando Noboa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Henry Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of the match. Mohamed Basso scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mohamed Basso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Hicham Al Azka hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 23rd minute of the match. Mohamed Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomás Toscano saved Capibaribe Stars from getting behind. Thomás Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Thomás Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Pan Zhi Peng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The wind increased when Mohamed Basso made the kick off in the second half. Thomás Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alonso Berganza made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alonso Berganza however managed to control. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Wilton Fontes made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Basso came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Capibaribe Stars's Robinho Urbano was substituted for Nike 武磊. Capibaribe Stars made a substitution. Jarl Rossebø replaced Mohamed Basso. After 63 played minutes Capibaribe Stars got a freekick which was hit by Albino Gaskon. Thomás Toscano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capibaribe Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 70th minute. Peru's Emmanuel Reyes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thomás Toscano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Costa in the 73rd minute of the match. Pan Zhi Peng made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jarl Rossebø however managed to control. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
