Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) MILAN F C's Gil Seixas started the match with a crisp pass. In the 9th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eduardo Revuelta. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. MILAN F C's Eduardo Revuelta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save MILAN F C from getting a goal against them. Eduardo Revuelta came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 40th minute Gil Seixas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in MILAN F C's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Revuelta came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 52nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Revuelta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eduardo Revuelta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 minutes MILAN F C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Eduardo Revuelta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 64th minute of the match. Eduardo Revuelta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 68th minute of play. In the 76th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Revuelta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to MILAN F C getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ronaldinho Carneiro hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Seixas came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matheus Guerreiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Lacasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Matheus Guerreiro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
