Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gav Benbow made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play forced Football Club Zestafoni's goalkeeper Gav Benbow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Football Club Zestafoni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. In the 19thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Football Club Zestafoni's Gav Benbow was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anatoly Pilievi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gav Benbow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gav Benbow having to interfere. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Acosta in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Football Club Zestafoni defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gav Benbow. The Football Club Zestafoni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gav Benbow should have stopped the shot. Anatoly Pilievi kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of play forced Football Club Zestafoni's goalkeeper Gav Benbow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Djvebe Robakidze's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Djvebe Robakidze helped the player get up and apologised. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustaw Tylenda made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Gustaw Tylenda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaw Tylenda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Tylenda in the 58th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Football Club Zestafoni's Gav Benbow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Football Club Zestafoni from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gav Benbow. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Football Club Zestafoni's Gav Benbow got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gav Benbow could save by the left post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Luis Andino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gav Benbow, passed just outside the right post. Gav Benbow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Beto Acosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Football Club Zestafoni's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Giorgi Gogava in the 82nd minute. The corner ended in Uta Sulaberidze almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Beto Acosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Football Club Zestafoni's Gav Benbow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 86th minute of play. Gav Benbow made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Gustaw Tylenda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Football Club Zestafoni booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
