Jozef Goegebeur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jozef Goegebeur in the 59th minute of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. In the 67th match minute, BESTIA GDAŃSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Andrzejewski to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Leszek Huchro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leszek Huchro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, BESTIA GDAŃSK's goalkeeper Leszek Huchro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Remus in the 75th minute of the match. BESTIA GDAŃSK were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jozef Goegebeur took the corner.
