Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Willian Siqueira took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Gurdurão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Amaral came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Joshua Secada. But to his dismay, Joshua Secada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Gurdurão defense, Patricio Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Amaral. The Gurdurão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Amaral should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willian Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gurdurão defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cássio Amaral. The Gurdurão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cássio Amaral should have stopped the shot. After having played for 22 minutes, João Vítor Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gurdurão's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Vítor Dionísio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Amaral having to interfere. In the 28th minute, one of Gurdurão:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gurdurão. Tomas Illescas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Gurdurão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cássio Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 43rd minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Cássio Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 50 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cássio Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

After 55 minutes, Ezequiel Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gurdurão and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Gurdurão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Cabral to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 57th minute of play forced Gurdurão's goalkeeper Cássio Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Siqueira in the 69th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Siqueira in the 71st minute of the match. Ezequiel Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 84 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Gurdurão's Cássio Amaral tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. João Vítor Dionísio hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Venezuela left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gurdurão.
