Xie Chao Cheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Xie Chao Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes in the game Arturo Carvallo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Maximiliano Escribano. Chipa y Tereré's Xie Chao Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaroslav Nechvátal in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Jaroslav Nechvátal might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaroslav Nechvátal ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaroslav Nechvátal got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 minutes, Arturo Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the Club A. Chipa y Tereré players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club A. Chipa y Tereré booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Jaroslav Nechvátal. But to his dismay, Jaroslav Nechvátal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Bernardo Cabral might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Cabral ran back to his position shaking his head. Gregorio Elixio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Jaroslav Nechvátal got a free kick in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Macias threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Xie Chao Cheng made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Jaroslav Nechvátal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Carmelo Velasco was substituted for Israel Igon. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Wen Si Yi was substituted for Bernardo Cabral. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 86th minute. If Jaroslav Nechvátal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslav Nechvátal in the 88th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jaroslav Nechvátal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaroslav Nechvátal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. Jaroslav Nechvátal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslav Nechvátal came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
